February has seen us attend and speak at two different conferences – you may have seen us there?
On Tuesday, February 2nd, we spoke at The Retail Bulletin’s OmniChannel Summit in London. mySupermarket’s Managing Director, Kim Ludlow, addressed the audience on personalisation and using data to understand your customers. Of key importance for brands and retailers is to understand first and foremost how shoppers find their favourite products, who are they and also what motivates them to buy your products. It goes without saying that we would be happy to chat to you about your options for your own brand.
With an audience made up of representatives from Google, Tesco, John Lewis and even Harley Davidson it was a highly informative day.
Later in the month Kim also spoke at the Executing Shopper Insights conference, organised by Canadean. The two-day conference was a meeting of innovative retailers, disruptive brands and leading market research organisations, all with shopper interests firmly at hand. Her presentation focussed on using shopper data to influence your website. We work with so many wonderful brands and retailers at the UK and as you (hopefully!) already know, we can work effectively with you to reach your shopper.
The conference featured speakers from companies including Coca Cola, Tesco, Nielsen, Britvic and Pernod Ricard.
We are due to speak at several more conferences in the next few months and we hope to see you sometime soon.
